The outbreak of releases continues :)

As it usually happens with big .0 releases, not everything was in the best shape.

As is usually the case with new things, not everything goes to the plan at first.

This is possibly the biggest Revapi release in its 7 years history. Prominently, this release finally introduces an almost all-powerful filtering of java elements using the Classif library and thus closes one of the oldest open issues - #17 (almost exactly 5 years old).

The most important feature of this release is the fix to a nasty stack overflow error while constructing a textual representation of method signatures with intersection types in their type parameters (https://github.com/revapi/revapi/issues/211).

There was a regression found that caused the semver.ignore extension to cause an infinite loop when it found a problem breaking the semantic versioning constraints.

This is a quick small release that adds the ability to report by the criticality to revapi.reporter.json and revapi.reporter.text extensions. This should have really been part of the last release but hey :)

The revapi-java extension released a couple of weeks ago contained a rather ugly regression that caused an index out of bounds exception on interfaces that override methods from java.lang.Object.

There’s actually been a couple of releases of all Revapi components since the last time about which I failed to get the news out. Life sometimes intervenes :)
